It all started one fateful prom weekend night when both our respective dates blew us off... wonder where they are now! (One of them is a cherished friend who is a groomsman in the wedding, but that’s beside the point.) After briefly meeting and hitting it off that weekend, we entered a long period of limited social media interactions, accompanied by very active social media stalking.

After we both graduated college, we returned to Chicago to start our careers. Not long after, a special evening with Dr. Dog at Thalia Hall brought us back into each other’s lives. It didn’t take long to rekindle the feelings we had when we first met eight years prior, especially after Sara lifted me into the air with her legs during our second date while playing the airplane game. After that, it was a wrap! We've been glued to each other ever since.

While we're excited about the road ahead, we're grateful for the journey that got us here. Neither of us would be who we are without all of our loved ones (you, yes YOU who's reading this)! Thanks for being a huge part of our lives. Can't wait to celebrate with everyone soon!
