We know you’ve got questions—so we’ve gathered the answers to make sure you’re fully prepared for a weekend of fun, love, and campfire vibes.

can I stay on-site?

While we'd love to have everyone camping under the stars with us, all the on-site accommodations are fully booked with the wedding party. Unfortunately, there’s no space for tent camping at the moment. If you haven’t already made arrangements with us, you’ll need to find a cozy spot at a hotel or AirBnb that works best for you!

is the entire wedding outdoors?

Yes! The ceremony will be held on the beautiful lawn of the campground, and the reception will be under a pavilion. Just a heads-up: there's a bit of a walk from the parking area to the ceremony space, so make sure your footwear is up for adventure! Don't want anyone twisting an ankle before it's time to hit the dance floor!

what happens if it rains?

We’re all about embracing the great outdoors, so the show will go on, rain or shine. The reception will be held under a pavilion with canvas sides that can be pulled down and secured for extra weather protection. 

what's the bathroom situation?

We’ve got you covered! There are updated & permanent air-conditioned, accessible bathroom trailers in the main gathering area, plus updated full-plumbing camping restrooms scattered throughout the property.

what should I wear?

Attire: Funky Formal!
We want you to bring your vibrant self to the party! Think colorful cocktail dresses and sharp suits with personality—feel free to mix and match bold prints, fun patterns, and bright hues. Let your creativity shine! 
Just remember, the ceremony and cocktail hour will involve a walk through the grass, so pick footwear that lets you dance, mingle, and enjoy the day comfortably!

how late does the party go?

Amplified music wraps up at 10PM, but we’ll keep the party going with campfire tunes until the stars are out! If you're not staying on-site, feel free to keep the celebration going as late as you like. And don’t worry—the party isn't over! We’ll be continuing the fun the next day on-site with more good times and hangouts. We will keep you updated with the departing shuttle schedule!

can I bring a plus one or my kids?

We love that you want to share the day with your loved ones, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any extra guests or children that are not listed on the invites. Should anything change, we’ll reach out to you directly. Thanks so much for understanding!

is there parking available? 

Yes, there is parking on-site, but space is limited. We recommend using the shuttle service to and from the hotel blocks to avoid any hassle—and to make sure the parking area doesn’t sneak into our wedding photos! For more details on the shuttle schedule, check out the Travel & Stay page.

what should I bring for saturday?
